Videoconferencing

To enable you to conduct face-to-face interviews with long-distance candidates, and so that Management Recruiters of Elgin, Inc. may conduct face-to-face candidate evaluations without incurring travel expenses which increase client's project cost, MRINetwork™ created ConferView®, a national videoconferencing network.

Our ConferView system utilizes the power and state-of-the-art technology of PolyCom, the worldwide leader in unified communication and collaboration, video conferencing, voice conferencing, data and Web communications solutions.

Our Video Conference Facility

Our Video Conference Facility is a state-of-the-art conference room with a digital projector and full internet access. Our facility can be used to host your video conference and the room can be tailored to your specific needs. The conference table fits 15 people and the room can hold an additional 15 people.

Our facility can be tailored to small and large video conferences and our video system can be made to make our 15-person conference table look like a 5-person conference table. The video conference room is located in a secluded area of our building that is free from distractions and background noise.

Video Conferencing Pricing

OPTION 1


Videoconferencing Costs: Two Point: Two ConferView Sites


$250/for first 30 minutes (minimum charge)
$ 50/for each additional 15 minutes or part thereof

OPTION 2


One ConferView Site and One Customer Site:


For customers using their own videoconferencing unit, & only one ConferView site, the charge will be:
$173.75 for the first 30 minutes (minimum charge)
$34.75 for each additional 15 minutes or part thereof.
  • The customer will initiate the phone call.

OPTION 3

Videoconferencing Costs - Multi-point calls (64 sites maximum):

ConferView Sites
$265 per site for the first hour (minimum)
$ 47.50 per site for each additional 15 minutes or part thereof		 Customer Sites (Bridge Fee):
$60 per site for the first hour (minimum)
$15 per site for each additional 15 minutes or part thereof
  • The customer will initiate the phone call.


    • *Depends on Bridge Availability
    *Transmission fees $0.50 minute ($30 hour)


    Payment Options

    Management Recruiters of Elgin accepts multiple methods of payment. Our invoicing process is simple and can all be done online. We accept cash, check, money order and credit cards. Credit cards can be processed in person, over the phone, or online.



    ConferView Interview Advantages

    Conduct candidate interviews without spending valuable time and expense traveling to interview locations.

    Conduct multiple-candidate interviews to narrow the selection and use videotapes of interviews for viewing by other staff members.

    ConferView uses the latest digital compression technology to provide live, interactive interview settings where you not only see and speak directly with candidates, but also observe body language and other subtleties involved in the interview process.

    Other ConferView Applications

    Meetings.
    Because up to 120 ConferView sites can be simultaneously linked, you can use the network for business events such as sales meetings, regional meetings, inter-office meetings, news conferences or new product introductions.

    Training Sessions.
    ConferView can be scheduled for one-hour, one-day or one-week training sessions or seminars with participants gathering at multiple locations. Sessions are conducted from the ConferView site closest to the moderator.

    Court Dissertations.
    Video conferencing has many different applications to court cases, including dissertations.

Our conference room is large enough to fit 20 people and the video can be focused on several professional looking backgrounds. If you're looking to book a smaller conference our video technology enables us to make the room look smaller than it actually is.
