Experience: I joined the MR Elgin team in 2000 and have been recruiting in the Accounting and Finance industry since 1998. I am a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). I have a long-term holistic focus in both my recruiting endeavors and in my client service.

I graduated from both University of Central England (Birmingham, UK) and Western Illinois University (Macomb, IL) with a Bachelors Degree's in Sociology.

Philosophy: When the word Rainmaker comes to mind you could easily envision a shaman or a deranged man. This notion is befitting of myself; the cross between a wise medicine man, a visionary steeped in focus, and a deranged lunatic throwing his hands in the air and chanting seems to suit my style. I am insightful and decisive; yet there is a child-like carefree side that is easily gleamed as I throw up my hands. Does Rainmaker describe me amply? I would like to think so. Rainmaker, after all, describes an individual that brings something unique, powerful, and unexpected to a team of people (I hope). One person determined to do what ever it takes to help anyone in his village. In this great landscape of recruiters and offices, anyone would be lucky to trade horses and sit a while in the village I call home.
