Scott prides himself on his flexibility in working with his clients to develop recruitment efforts tailored specifically to their unique needs. His creativity, accessibility and friendliness set him apart from the status quo in the recruitment industry.

He has also made it a top priority throughout his career to spend the time necessary to determine a candidate's professional goals and then carefully match the candidate with superb career opportunities.

Prior to Scott's employment at MR Elgin he was an attorney search consultant with a small recruitment firm in the Chicago area for roughly two and a half years where he was consistently a top producer. At this firm he specialized in the recruitment and placement of intellectual property attorneys, patent attorneys, and patent agents nationwide.

Scott started his career as a contract recruiter for software designers, network engineers, multi-media designer/developers, software programmers, testers, web designers and web implementation specialists.

Scott graduated with an English (Literature/Writing) degree from Roosevelt University after transferring from Illinois State University. While going to school he worked for the ISU newspaper, The Daily Vidette, as a news reporter and for the Elgin Courier News as a sports writer.

In Scott's spare time he enjoys reading literature, playing softball and baseball, watching the Chicago White Sox and spending quality time with his wife and family.
