We are very proud to say that Bud Harrison became a part of our team in 2006 and remains the only one in the firm to receive the Nobel Prize for recruiting. Some of his most recent achievements are Time Magazines man of the year (twice) and People Magazine's sexiest man alive (three times). Towards the beginning of his recruiting years Bud did more than just healthcare staffing. Some of his more notable recruits were Joan of Arc for the French in 1429, Babe Ruth to the Yankees in 1920 (he got him a nice relocation package to seal the deal), and Athos and Porthos to the three musketeers (Aramis responded to an internal posting).

Now with MRElgin, Bud focuses his efforts mostly in the great state of Texas and has become a household name to any individuals who have chose healthcare as their career. Beyond Texas he has begun to branch out into Louisiana and Florida where hiring authorities are said to be trembling in anticipation of his first call. We have recently also heard that he is being worshiped as a god on several islands in the South Pacific and, in our opinions, justifiably so.

What Client & Candidates Say About Bud:

[Bud Harrison] was always upbeat, kept me sane (especially when I thought the interview didn't go well) and in the loop as things happened. He also called me, all excited when the money was better than originally thought.
Les, Med/Surge RN placed with a client in New Mexico

Bud carefully analyzed the information in front of him. He did not simply take a "check box" approach to finding candidates. Rather, he looked at the requirements for the position and searched all candidates available to find successful matches.
Hugh, VP Operations in Ohio

Bud is and has always been friendly and a consummate professional. I enjoy working with him and hope to continue doing so in the future; a definite asset to your organization.
Ken, Director of HR with a hospital in Texas

Bud consistently proves that he loves his profession and takes it very seriously; I honestly would not work with another recruiter.
Gina, Cath Lab Manager in the Houston, Texas area

Bud is very receptive to any questions/concerns. Bud has continued to stay in touch with me in case I had any needs for staffing for over 1 year.
Jo-Ann, Administrator of a Home Health organization in Texas

He's Fantastic and returns my calls very promptly. He's very friendly and personable on the phone.
Lessie, RN in Florida

Bud has always been friendly on the phone and has provided qualified candidates for the positions that I have available. Which is not always the case with recruitment agencies. I value outside recruiter's that actually provide quality candidates.
Rena, Human Resources with a hosptial system in Texas

Very pleasant, and knows his job.
Natalie, Registered Nurse in New York

[Bud is} very nice and personable.
Don, Chief Operating Officer of a hospital in California

Excellent work! Bud found me one of the best positions to interview, even though he did not have my latest resume. Bud has a gift of finding the right match between the candidates and the job needs by not just matching the key words, but by learning about the person's skills and attitude and how that would benefit the organization. I believe Bud will be very successful in his career by taking this holistic approach.
Tapas, Research Scientist in Virginia

Bud [Harrison] has been GREAT to work with, he is my favorite recruiter. He respects my time and does not send a candidate that is not qualified or interested in our position. I have no complaints or concerns at all about Bud or the job he has done for [our organization].
Teresia, Director of HR
Healthcare System in Texas.

I typically don't "like" using outside recruiters to help me fill our open C level positions. Bud [Harrison] has been persistent in gaining my trust and trying to have an opportunity to prove his services to our organization. He has been very delightful and I am genuinely thankful to have his help in identifying a Chief Clinical Officer for our hospital.
Holly, Human Resources
Hospital in Texas

Bud is great to work with he only sends me qualified candidates and respects my time and opinion. I would recommend him to anyone.
Teresia, Director of Human Resources for a Texas health system.
