We have the capability to offer our clients a service product that fits their hiring and recruiting needs. From a hands-off, employer managed approach to your own recruiting database we have the technology and the know-how to meet your staffing and recruiting needs. We've designed ATSOnline, an online applicant tracking system, in an effort to extend a higher level of service to your out-of-the-box staffing needs.

 

ATSOnline gives you access to the 3 largest national job posting sites as well as our international network of recruiters at MRINetwork.com.  Included are 2.5 hours of dedicated internet research from one of our professional Project Coordinators, providing you with passive candidates that may or may not be interested in your opportunity.  You, the employer, contact, qualify, and determine the interest level of all candidates in your ATSOnline Portal.   No additional fees will be required should you hire a candidate using this product.  ATSOnline is limited to positions that have a total compensation of $45,000.00 or less.

ATSOnline is $3,500.00 per position, plus a one time setup charge of $1,500.00.

 

ATSOnline +  offers the added value of a dedicated Account Executive.  Your opportunities will have the exposure of the 3 largest national job posting sites, our international network of recruiters at MRINetwork.com, and 2.5 hours of dedicated internet research from one of our professional Project Coordinators.  A dedicated contingency recruiter will handle the entire process on your behalf, contacting, qualifying, and determining the interest level of all candidates, offering a higher level of service than our standard ATSOnline product.  You will be able to have an interactive role in the recruiting process, tracking the progress of your search, reviewing candidates in our pipeline, submitting feedback and notes, and much more.  In the event that you hire a candidate, an additional service fee will be accessed minus the purchase price of the product.   There is no compensation limitation for ATSOnline +.

ATSOnline + is $3,500.00 per position, plus a one time setup charge of $1,500.00.  A contingency fee will apply, minus the cost of the ATSOnline + product.

 

This is a premium product and service for our clients looking to completely outsource their recruiting function. ATSOnline Outsource provides our clients with their own recruiting database with multiple user levels and security options. Our dedicated staff of Recruiters and Project Coordinators will manage your hiring process from start to finish, and provide your company's staff with a fully functional interface to monitor, track, and qualify the candidate flow process. Our recruiting efforts are done on a private label basis, giving our clients maximum exposure and a higher level of service.
